These laws are designed to govern labor relations, workplace safety and health, and other important aspects of the Company's operations. The mandatory actions of the employer in Slovenia include:

  1. Regulations on the employment relationship: These regulations regulate various aspects of the employment relationship, such as E.g. working hours, working conditions, rights and obligations of employees and employers, regulations on vacation, extraordinary terminations, overtime, etc. . The regulations on labor relations must be harmonized with the Labor Relations Act (ZDR-1).

The list provided is not exhaustive since the employer's mandatory files may vary depending on the specific activities of the company and the legislation in force. The employer must always carefully examine and prepare appropriate regulations that meet the legal requirements and protect the interests of the company and employees. It is also important that these laws are regularly updated and adapted to changes in the law and the needs of the company.
